MEET THE TEAM LEADERS
James Fiala
Founder and President
Jim Fiala founded Good Dog Group Inc. in 2008 after decades of experience with sales and marketing in the furniture industry. As a Dorel Industries Representative, Jim focuses on representing the brands of one of the top importers of goods to the U.S. and he works closely with Wayfair.com. Before founding GDG-Inc. Jim served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Carina Furniture where he developed over $32 million of new business in under 3 years, VP of Sales for Bush Industries and National Sales Manager for Atari. Jim has a B.S. from Winona State University and Completed Graduate level work in Marketing Strategies at Harvard University
Catherine Carey
VP of Ecommerce
As Good Dog Group's first employee, Cat Carey has a deep understanding of the operations of all partners. She oversees multiple components of our integral performance functions including merchandising, quality assurance, pricing & promotions. Her detail - oriented approach to product management reduces information error rates across online retail. Cat has a Masters degree in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University.
Daniel Abrahams
Senior Director of Operations, Demand Planning
Danny Abrahams oversees all Supply Chain and Logistics Operations while leading various other data-intensive projects. He is responsible for demand planning & forecasting, and manages the direct import process for our largest retail partners. Before GDG, Danny spent the first six years of his career in finance, working in both Hedge Funds and Private Equity. Danny then transitioned into the e-commerce market, where he's worked for the past three plus years with a strong focus on supply chain and business development. Danny
received his B.S in Economics from UMass-Amherst, and his MBA with a focus on Business Management from Bentley University.
Morgan Cadra
Ecommerce Account Manager
Morgan oversees pricing & promotions and merchandising management while serving as an organized anchor as priorities evolve and business grows. Prior to joining GDG Inc, Morgan worked at Merchant Centric, where she advised national corporate franchises on how to best manage and market their social media listings. After receiving her MBA from California Lutheran University, Morgan transitioned to the e-commerce space and has been on the GDG Inc team for the past four years.
